Our geneticist, Dr Janet Roden, has 30 years experience in the development and application of genetic improvement strategies in sheep and cattle. Throughout her career she has been involved with research and development projects providing strategic guidance for the sheep industry. In 2018, Janet was joined by Kim, a graduate of the renowned MSc program in quanititative genetics at Edinburgh University.
