Matt is from a traditional family farm that have mixed stock. He has 8 years’ experience of animal genetics under his belt, and before joining Innovis, he worked for five years with PIC as part of their genetic program and account management team. Matt is a Harper Adams graduate, who gained an animal science degree with honours.
