We currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager at our Boar Stud at Clun, near Craven Arms Shropshire. The stud collects and processes semen for daily despatch. Working as part of a samll team, this role supports the Centre Manager in ensuring that the care and husbandry of boars and the semen collection and procesing is completed to BPEX  standards. The normal working day includes Saturday. The ideal candidate will have some experience of boar husbandry and an understanding of artificial breeding in pigs. We are however willing to consider applications from candidates who would be willing to undertake training to work towards Assistant Manager status.
